For best reception, the XS028's antenna must not have any obstructions. It's better for out-door activities.

My receiver is showing "Acquiring Signal" or "Antenna not Detected".
Answer:
When signal is lost, check the antenna signal and strength. Change the location of the antenna making sure it is away from obstructions.

Do you have a car adaptor for the XS028?

Currently we do not offer a car adaptor for the XS028.

Can I listen to the radio in the XS028 while I am in my car?
Answer:
Yes, just be sure the antenna does not have any obstructions.

What comes with the XS028?
Answer:
The XS028 comes with the portable case for the receiver, rechargeable battery, complimentary ear phones and an AC adaptor.

Question:
The ear phones have one wire longer than the other. Is that normal?
Answer:
The ear phones were designed that way so you can put the longer wire over your shoulder behind you.

After I have charged the battery in the XS028, can I take the receiver out?
Answer:
The receiver must stay in the XS028 for it to operate.

How long does it take to charge?
Answer:
It takes about 5-6 hours of charging (when the receiver is not in use). About 9-10 hours when the receiver is in use.

How long does a fully charged batter last?
Answer:
About 3 hours of listening time.

Can I tell how much of a battery charge I have left?
Answer:
On the side of the XS028, there is a 3-color display. It has Red, Yellow, and Green. Press the battery Power Test Button and the amount of battery charge level remaining will be indicated by the color. Red is around 25% capacity. Yellow is around 50% capacity and Green is around 100% capacity.

Do you manufacture a carrying case or straps for the XS028?
Answer:
We currently do not have these accessories available.

Does the XS028 come with a belt clip?
Answer:
The XS028 does not come with a belt clip.

Question:
When I need to recharge my XS028, it doesn't seem to be recharging.
Answer:
You can try to either take the receiver out of the XS028 and reinsert it or take the battery out of the XS028 and reinsert it. Then try to recharge. Be sure the red light on the side where the AC Adaptor plugs in comes on. Once it is finished charging, that light will be green.

Question:
Can the XS028 stand up?
Answer:
Yes. Located on the backside bottom, there is a kick-stand. Gently pull it out and it will hold the XS028 up.
