Answer: When no antenna is detected and the signal is lost, a pop-up window with the message “Antenna Not Detected” is displayed until an antenna is detected and the signal is acquired. Question: What can I do if the Reception is weak or the audio has static and is unclear? Answer: Check that the satellite antenna is connected and not faulty. Change the location of the Antenna making sure it is away from obstructions. Question: I have service, but my receiver keeps showing "acquiring signal". How can I fix that?
