My Vehicle Docking Cradle does not adhere to the windshield very well. What should I do? |
| Please make sure the surface of the windshield is clean. Then press the release mechanism on your docking cradle making sure its in the release position. Next firmly place your docking cradle against the window making sure the suction cup is attached. Finally lock the mechanism down. |

| When no antenna is detected and the signal is lost, a pop-up window with the message “Antenna Not Detected” is displayed until an antenna is detected and the signal is acquired. |

What can I do if the Reception is weak or the audio has static and is unclear?

| Check that the satellite antenna is connected and not faulty. Change the location of the Antenna making sure it is away from obstructions. |
